I have been wanting to go to New Mexico for such a long time. I guess it all started with Walker Percy. Today I was really thinking about how I would much rather be there instead of at work and then I found out you posted this today.
If (when) you go, don't miss San Francisco de Asis in Taos. A famous and beautiful church (thanks to Georgia O'Keefe and Ansel Adams), it's worth the trip all by itself. I think I'll be posting something about it in the next day or two.
