We started school today with a new tradition - Bacon Pancakes! We tried some with chocolate chips, which I would not suggest. Stick with the maple syrup. The kids thought it was great that they got breakfast meat to start the school year with & fun that the bacon didn't get cold while waiting for the pancakes to cook.
